How We Got Here
Back in 2018, I was running a small manufacturing business in Kaohsiung. Every month felt like a guessing game with expenses. Software subscriptions I forgot about, supplier costs that kept changing, employee expenses that seemed to multiply overnight.
That's when I met my business partner at a local entrepreneur meetup. She'd been helping family businesses trim their budgets for years — not through dramatic cuts, but by finding the small inefficiencies that add up to big savings.
We realized Taiwan's business community needed practical, no-nonsense financial guidance. Not academic theory, but real strategies that work in real situations.
